LinkedIn profiles and content for founders, coaches, creators and executives

On LinkedIn, you lose clients in two places: a feed nobody notices and a profile nobody acts on. I fix both.

If your posts blend in, people scroll past. If they click through to a blank, generic or outdated profile, they leave without a word, and you never find out. I design your profile so a visit ends in a DM, and your posts so people stop, save and remember they were yours.

Real client covers in a LinkedIn header. Every design is planned around the profile photo and the mobile crop.

Sound familiar?

LinkedIn works for people in your niche. Just not for you, yet.

“People like my posts, then look at my profile and go quiet.”

“My banner still describes what I sold two offers ago.”

“I know I should post every week. Client work always wins.”

“My posts look like everyone else’s, so nobody remembers they were mine.”

“My clients get big results. My LinkedIn makes me look small.”

It usually hurts most when you’re

  • launching a new offer or program
  • running a masterclass or webinar
  • posting more and getting more profile views
  • starting, raising for or rebranding a company
  • getting press, podcast or speaking invites
  • looking for your next senior role

Each of those moments sends new people to your feed and your profile. If neither explains you in three seconds, that attention goes to someone else.

Fix my profile + Fill my feed · Content Rewards

When two audiences land on one profile, both need to know it’s for them.

Content Rewards pays creators per view to distribute brands, so two very different people visit the profile: brands buying reach, and creators looking to earn.

The pain
One profile, two audiences. If the page doesn’t split them fast, both leave unsure it’s for them.
The fix
A dark, high-energy system with a separate featured image and call to action for each audience, and a logo wall that answers “who else trusts them?” before anyone asks.
Delivered
Cover, 4 featured images (brand and creator funnels, two layouts each), case-study infographics

Fix my profile + Fill my feed · Reno Perry, Career Leap Accelerator

A big promise needs proof in three seconds, or it reads like hype.

Reno Perry, the #1 LinkedIn creator in career coaching, helps professionals land $200K to $500K roles at companies like Google, Stripe and OpenAI.

The pain
“Land a $200K to $500K job in 90 days” is a bold claim. Without instant proof, a skeptical visitor scrolls on.
The fix
Press logos and #1 laurels sit right next to the promise, with one clear action: DM “Career Leap”. Weekly infographics and cheatsheets prove the expertise between visits.
Delivered

Fill my feed · Adam Broda, Broda Coaching

Career advice is everywhere. Posts that look like everyone else’s get scrolled past.

Carousel · 9 slides · 1200 × 1500

Adam Broda helps experienced professionals land $150K to $350K roles, and teaches senior job seekers how to show up on LinkedIn.

The pain
In a feed full of job-search tips, generic-looking posts don’t get saved, shared or remembered as his.
The fix
A calm beige-and-blue look people recognise at a glance, one idea per slide, his name on every page, and a closing slide that asks readers to tag and follow.

Fill my feed · Nicholas, Alkali

Buyers don’t hunt for a fix to a problem they can’t see.

Infographic series · 17 posts · 1080 × 1350

Alkali, run by Nicholas, builds Webflow and WordPress sites for established B2B companies.

The pain
Most B2B owners don’t know their website is losing deals, so they never go looking for a studio to fix it.
The fix
A 17-post series that names each leak (referrals, first screens, page speed, AI search) with real data, so buyers feel the problem before they ever meet Alkali.
Delivered
17 LinkedIn infographics in one consistent light-blue series, each with an Alkali footer and a one-line takeaway
Fix my profile · Chan Nguyen, Spartan & SnapPay

One founder, two businesses. A profile that sells both usually sells neither.

LinkedIn cover · 1584 × 396, light and dark

Chan Nguyen runs Spartan, which helps startups hire top-grade engineers, and SnapPay, a payments product for developers.

The pain
Two offers for two audiences on one profile. Mix them, and visitors can’t tell what he wants them to do.
The fix
The cover sells his founder credibility (YC, a16z and PearVC-backed founders; leaders from Google, Meta and Microsoft). Separate featured images send hiring traffic to Spartan and developers to SnapPay.

Cover portfolio

Every niche has its own reason visitors leave. Eleven covers built to stop them.

Coaches, creators, engineers, agencies and SaaS founders. Tap any cover to see it full size.

Why not just…

You have other options. Here’s the catch with each.

Do it yourself in Canva

Free, but it costs you evenings every single week. And a template looks like everyone else in your niche who used it.

Hire a cheap gig designer

You get a banner or a one-off carousel. You don’t get anyone thinking about your offer, your buyer or what makes people stop scrolling.

Hire an agency

Great for a full rebrand or campaign. Usually weeks of calls and a retainer built for companies, not for one person’s LinkedIn.

Work with me

One designer who has done this 100+ times. Fixed prices, first designs in 4 business days, and the same person behind your profile and your posts.

Fix my profile · one-time pricing

What 3 to 6 months looks like

  1. Month 1

    Foundation

Audit of your last 90 days, 3–4 content pillars tied to your offer, your content brand system and templates. Your first posts go live.

  2. Month 2

    Find what works

Test hooks, formats and posting times on purpose. By the end of the month you know which pillars and formats pull saves, comments and DMs.

  3. Month 3

    Double down

More of the winners, less of the rest. Your best framework becomes a cheatsheet lead magnet people comment to get. First quarterly review.

  4. Months 4–5

    Build series

Turn top topics into recurring series your audience expects, and recycle proven posts into new formats: a thread becomes a carousel, a carousel becomes a cheatsheet.

  5. Month 6

    Turn it into an asset

Your 100+ posts become a playbook or guide you can gate, sell or send to prospects. Six-month review and the plan for the next half-year.

How it runs

What happens after you say yes.

Day 1

Brief

A 20-minute call or a short form: who you help, what you sell, and what a visitor should do next.

Days 2–4

Directions

Two visual directions shown on a real LinkedIn mock-up, desktop and mobile. You choose one.

Days 5–8

Build

Every surface designed in the chosen direction, with copy tightened so the cover and headline say the same thing.

Days 9–10

Handoff

Final files at LinkedIn’s exact sizes, editable templates, and a checklist for uploading everything in the right order.

On a monthly plan, the same brief sets up your content system, and your first 5 posts arrive within 5 business days of your voice interview.

Questions people ask before starting

I don’t have time for a long branding process.
You spend about 20 minutes on the brief and a few minutes on each feedback round. I do the rest.
Will it still look like me?
You choose between two directions, shown on a real mock-up of your profile, before anything is finished.
What if I don’t love the first version?
Revision rounds are built in: two on the Cover Sprint, three on the other profile packages, and two per post on monthly plans.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly plans are priced for a 3-month minimum, long enough to test formats and see what works. Month to month is available for $500 more per month.
Can’t I just use a Canva template?
You can. So can everyone in your niche. A template isn’t written around your offer or checked against LinkedIn’s mobile crop.
Do I need a new logo?
Only if you’re launching, rebranding, or your current mark falls apart at small sizes. If yours works, start with the Complete LinkedIn Brand.
Will the posts sound like me?
Written posts come from a 30-minute monthly interview call and your voice notes, so the ideas and stories are yours. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Which post formats will I get on a monthly plan?
A mix of carousels, infographics, single-idea visuals and quote graphics. The first 90 days are for testing, then we double down on whatever your audience saves, comments on and DMs about. You do not have to pick formats post by post.
Do you post for me?
You get a ready-to-post calendar with every visual and caption in place. Posting takes you a minute a day, or hand it to an assistant.
Can I change things later myself?
Yes. You keep editable Canva files and templates, so you can update your offer without waiting on a designer.
